Guide for sending group notes across a LAN

Office LAN messenger program can send group notes and urgent messages to all PCs on a company network.

Click left mouse button on the icon to open the Main Window of the application.

Choose a group and click right mouse button.
All users of this group will be recipients of your message.

Select "Send a message to this group" option.

Mass PC messaging dialog will be opened. Select groups or individual recipients of your message.

Compose your mass message text and click the "Send" button to deliver it to selected recipients.
